    Digging on google tells me that the pal wii has svideo output disabled. Unless there is a way to convert the component cable to an svideo or vga input, but my searching doesnt reveal an easy way with most seeming more like a hack.

    Hi, I have a pal wii and im trying to figure out what the best connection to my projector. The problem is that the inputs are only: 1) vga No native cable and available ones dont seem to work? 2) svideo No pal svideo out? 3) yellow composite. So i dont know what options i have, if any...

    Ok great guide thanks! One question though, can i not just update my wii to 4.2 officially online? Then do a nand backup after then? The first part seems complicated and id rather take a back up at a point where no crack has been done
