    Hacking Save transfers from pc to Switch

    Hello, so I played Zelda Totk on pc using an emulator and I just got my switch hacked with the pico-fly (tinfoil) is it possible to transfer the saves from the PC to the switch and would work? if so, can you guys help me with the process? thank you
