I'm pretty sure thats just an adapter for the guitar hero game accessory. It was supposed to fit an original Nintendo DS since their GBA Slots are deeper
Of course it's worth it. In fact I don't even know why I'm sitting here responding to this when I can be playing. Do yourself a favor and go get it.. now! Go! Hurry!
