    Resident Evil 4 HD Textures update 2.3

    (R.E.4 V2.3) textures now work for all pcsx2 versions. -uncheck the “async texture loading” and “mipmapping” checkboxes to make the textures work. -textures are in unorm bc_7 format which has no quality loss and works better in vulkan. -several improvements in the textures and effects of the game.
