    ROM Hack [REQUEST] Update / maintain Pokemon Legends Arceus "true" 60 FPS mod

    If anyone else is lost and doesn't know what to do with this code, I put it in my PLA mod root folder/60FPS/exefs/1.1.0.pchtxt and seems to be working. I would like to know how to change the framerate cap tho. the conversion table provided by lucky sets the game speed, but the frame cap stays...
