    Just following up with this post and sorry if I'm being obnoxious and not following regulations. I am desperate to fix this issue and would honestly appreciate any sort of feedback. If not, it's ok, I will take this loss and move forward. Thanks again.

    One important detail I forgot to mention is that I also used sdcaffine to try to uninstall then reinstall the iOS's. System update was successful but that also didn't do the trick.

So I accidentally installed 4 different WADs twice (the iOS ones), I can't remember the exact names anymore and since then, whenever I try to access homebrew channel, I get a black screen.
