    I figured out how Quick Shot (Mod Type 80000040 for bows) Mod Amount works. The decimal value is divided by 1000 to give a multiplier, which I assume is then multiplied by the bow's base firing rate. If you want your bow to fire at 2x speed, that's 000007D0 in hex, 2000 in decimal. 3x speed...

    Been trying to scrub isos for forever. Everytime I try to scrub a game iso, no matter what it is (Zelda,Paper Mario, Brawl, etc.) the scrubbed iso turns out the exact same size as the original. Yes I have a key.bin in the same directory. I've tried this with Wiiscrubber 1.0 all the way to 1.31...
