    That is game bug. It probably happens because the game was meant to run on higher clock but developers removed it before release of the game so it automatically blocks it.

    i have reinand too, mine works fine do the following : download this https://github.com/Shadowtrance/BootNTR/releases/tag/3.3-3D and delete plugin folder on 3ds sd

    yes for the official version. but download this unofficial version https://github.com/Ordinaryperson2/3DSController/releases/tag/0.7.2 (it works way better)
