    Yeah makes total sense, but idk, even if they do see the nnid is on a banned console, that personally would give me a red flag, but i guess if their procedures allow users to continue on like normal then i guess it doesn't matter.

    Just called Nintendo, got them to transfer my NNID from my banned console to a legit one, at least I don't gotta worry about losing my eshop purchases now Thought they were gonna say something about the banned console, but i guess they only see that the nnid is fine =/

    i read that doing the lcfs.b you can't relink your nnid or use a nnid, is that correct? If so, what's the point in doing it if you can't access online still on games?

    If online play is banned, and the nnid can access the eshop, are we able to transfer the nnid to a unbanned console via system transfer and use it normally?

    If the console is banned from going online but we still have access to the eshop, are we able to system transfer the nnid to a different 3ds and go back online WITH that NNID? or is that NNID also banned?

    Don't you need to connect to the nintendo server to do a system transfer though or something? Wouldn't it deny me? Would the newer 3ds be safe or will it still be in some kind of danger even if it goes 100% legit?
