    Luma actually worked fine, except it wasn't letting me open Homebrew cia. It opens, however, if I'm on rx-mode sysnand.

    I have 2DS on 9.2 sysnand and the latest emunand, with rxtools instead of luma. Luma wasn't letting me open homebrew launcher for some reason, so I came back to rxtools. Problem: When I go to "rxmode sysnand," open Homebrew Launcher via cia, and try to open OTPhelper, red screen flickers twice...
