FBI official version use buff size is 128. I use 32 because someone use Old 3DS got out of resource error, so I reduce it.- wjchen

My FBI build set the buf to 32. You can set buff size to any you like. I think there is no deference if you set buff size than 32.- wjchen

Retroarch's gba emulator is very unstable. I'm using mgba nightly http://mgba.io/nightlies.html, a little slow and have some audio problem.- wjchen

Have a look at the souce of houston. It just read the whole cia file into memory then send. If some user want to install cia bigger than 3G... I don't think it is a good method.- wjchen
