    Inquiry: If I use JKSV to copy my Scarlet save file, then copy that save over into my Violet folder, will it automatically update so that I can continue from where I left off in Scarlet but in violet instead? Would this have any ill effects?

I've tried by turning on the encounter mod code, the default encounter code, followed by the masterball code. doesn't spawn any items after encounters.
