    ROM Hack fat32 workaround, help?

    so recently, I hack my 3ds to download Pokemon and it works, I installed Pokemon x and y via fbi. Now I would like to download Pokemon sun which is (>4GB) exceeding the fat32 file format, is there a workaround method that I can use? I tried splitting it nd recombine it yet it still doesn't work...
