    It's earning related, so one way is to buy and sell your custom abilities (so you are making that cheated 999mil into 'legit' earned' which will trigger such achievements). This will also help you unlock characters like cloud and lightning

    From what I understand (which is very little), I think I already have Menuhax installed on my Emunand as I never uninstalled my 10.3 Menu Hax before downgrading. So both my SysNand and Emunand have the broken 10.3 MenuHax installed. So to install it I need to go 10.3 and 'break it', and then...

    Thanks. That makes sense. I did used Menuhax 10.3 (before downgrading to 9.2). Edit: So I just have to get rid of Menuhax on the EmuNand side when i'm on 10.3, while the SysNand will still use it to boot into CFW (Idk if i understood this correctly).

    Tried Cakes w/ the EmuNand 10.4, didn't work either. I think I'll just keep the 9.2 EmuNand until there is an update.

    Just an FYI, I got the same error w/ 10.4 EmuNand. SysNand seems to be safe and sound, but i see the black screen after Rei loads up 10.4 and says wait "opening home menu"... then death.

    Thanks OP, made an account to thank you. Worked beautifully. Downgraded 10.3 US N3DS to 9.2 U in one shot. :) Just for the record, this was on the Zelda Triforce Edition (New 3DS bought last November)
