    Yes, I think hardmod is the way to go too. I'll see if I can find someone closer to my region to have a look. Sending it to USA is going to be a bit expensive for me now. Thanks for the hint though.

    Yes, I can turn it off. auto I think I'll just look for someone with technical knowledge to look at my 3ds for me. The problem seems a lot more complicated than I'll probably be able to solve on my own. Thanks everyone for the help anyway.

    No, I don't. But even if I try to type something, it doesn't let me. auto This site requires an inquiry number for the master key. How can I get this information if I can't access anything on my 3ds?

    It's an used 3ds. The thing is, even if I hit ok to place a PIN number, the screen freezes and I can't do anything.
