    I was installing HBC for a friends wii & cIOS249. Problem is i tryed to load NeoGamma and it said my 249 was rev1 & should be using rev14, so i found a file on my pc: IOS249-64-rev13b.wad which i was using, i used wad manager with 249 ios selected & installed the rev13b wad over the top of it...
