    i do use emunand, yes, but it is irrelevant, because the exact same thing has happened to me in the past with a n3ds xl that never had an emunand. the luma boot file can be either in ctrnand and in the sd without it affecting the result i havent really studied this, but afaik, the update nag...

    i do not fully understand what that means, but i have no interest in playing online nor accessing the eshop. but, for whatever reasons, i want to keep my 3ds on a not up to date system version, and also connect it to the internet from time to time. i dont want to press "cancel" a bunch of times...
