update! i killed it
i have a friend that is a master of electronics and he checked the board ,there were a lot of solder joints in places there shouldn't be (i genuinely don't know how they got there lol)
He removed the bridges, replaced the...
Do you plan to install it yourself, or take it to a workshop? Is reballing a viable option for you? OLEDs aren't the easiest.
I'd go with a RP2040-Tiny from Waveshare for the chip. For the mosfet, maybe pick a CPU flex cable for ease of install...

I fixed it! Now, I guess I must put a disclaimer that my experience may not be the same as yours. Whatever you do, you do so on your own risk. So there were two issues

I dont know why people still insist to use 2 mosfets connection. Done more then 100 consoles with this installation method and i can ensure you that it works with instant boots. Make sure to use at least 30 awg on CLK (CPU sends high Pulse), GRD...
Your Dat adapter is very Loose. Even if its working now, there is a high chance that one of this days it will stop glitching. You need to improve your anchors. You didn´t even solder the right and left ones.I hate those Dat addapters. I allways...
That is really strange. Made more then 100 picofly installs and never care wich EMMC brand inside the Switch.Allways instant glitchs. Also installed like 30 HWfly and they were ok too, but why pay more for a Clone ?
forget about both and go for RP2040 Zero. 100ohm resistor on Dat0 and CMD, 47 Ohm on CLK and you will get a "bullet proof" hardmod. Made more than 100 installations and never had any trouble to solve.
A broken Dat0 via while doing a kamikaze will result on a black screen when you power on the Switch. i can see that your Dat0 via is very well exposed (perfect circle) but what about the thin line wich goes to CPU? Are you shure you didnt broke...
I may try the new ram site, and download more RAM to my Switch. Not sure if ddr3 is the right ram
for it tho. Edit- no it uses floppy Ram, just like @AncientBoi
