For asnyone here in 2025 who is having trouble you need to MAKE a folder with the title ids (0004000000171000 for gen 1 - 0004000000172800 for gen 2) with the code.ips files in them. then put those into the title folder of the luma folder. i just renamed the folders out the zip and boom
