    You have to open a nus3bank (be it either from the game's files, from smashcustommusic, you name it) and then import a brstm. If it asks you to remove loop points, press no. Then click through whatever else is left, save and rename your nus3bank to whatever you want. That's all.

    People like you are the reason why the uploads were disabled ._. You can just make a brstm and use jam1garner's nus3bank editor. Takes no time at all.
