    That doesn't help you. I have the same problem. You always have to wait for the latest official update to appear. Say, now in 5 days 1605 Official. Then you download the OSU File from Microsoft and follow the instructions. A newer DEV preview doesn't fix the bug.

    If your old hard drive is still working, of course, take the backup from your hard drive. If you no longer have a working hard drive, you'll need the OSU1 for the offline update. What is important is that the OSU1 must always be newer than the software already installed.
