    okay now i have .bak file when i edited and when i try to restore it using wiskwriter it wouldnt read. when i delete the .bak it changes back. what do i do?

    ACTUALLY IT WORKED. When you have black screen just press a, wait for a bit then turn off your system. Afterwardsgo to your sd card then the save data should be there.
