    Had the same problem.. And if u bother to use the search button or snoop the new items. u would have found my tread with the same question and error....... So this is not gonna be a big reply... Just Buy a new sdcard the error means the partitiontable is not useable for the wii anymore...

    The wad manager is the fault It`s detected a duplicate channel Are reinstalling an old channel?? Did u uninstall tru the Wii menu... Uninstall everything in Wadmanager. ( Maybe even the manager itself ) Reboot And the error should be gone... Maybe switch to 1.4 that works OK Good luck

    Bla BLa BLa Installed the wad and fix the problem... Didn`t ask for specs didn`t give any........... I know the specs did i ask for useless info or what i know its just a forwarder but hey u need the WAD. i didn`t told u that i already got the rest installed. didn`t ask for it...

    Thx for the reply`s... First i've always used an SDHC card 1gb with adapter. but i just died and couldn't be brought to life anymore. Bought an new 2gb sdcard.... Fix the .002 error. WITH a WAD... NeogammaR6 AND .......................... .......................... WAIT FOR IT...

    Uuh Guys... I haved no trouble using the sd card. Having 4.1 firmware update from 4.0E backuploader usbloader homebrew it al works. But i get the same error and my SD is useless. Cant install anything anymore...
