    But shouldnt i be able to add whatever I want using the save editor? I'm already past the 30 pwp limit. Am I really just outta luck?

    I'm having an issue where all my public works options have disappeared from isabelle except for town hall renovations, I've heard that its because I already have 30 pwp in my town. I've added 3 more using the save editor to have a total of 33 but as of yesterday the save editor no longer allows...
