I followed your 3.x-4.1 guide exactly and then installed Neogamma r7. Everything works perfectly except burned Game Cube games will not load save files from official Game Cube games using Neogamma. A long time ago (probably 10-12 months ago) a friend installed the Homebrew Channel for me using the Twilight Princess hack but I never did anything with it.
