    I tried the pulling the plug thing, and it does the loading thing it does whenever it gets cut off, but then goes into safe mode and tells me to attach a USB with 9.0 or up firmware and then it says that it's gonna initialize the ps4, which I don't want, I've also tried to install just firmware...

    I did have the page cached, but I rebuilt the database thinking it would fix it, also when ever I enter a link it kinda hangs a bit, and then just keeps loading, it was doing that even before the database rebuild when the page was supposed to be cached

    Whatever i try to load into any link it just gets stuck and keeps loading, so far i've tried to restart the ps4, restart the router, rebuilt the database, tried different dns settings, also tried a mobile hotspot, but nothing seems to be working, and i really really dont want to initialize it...
