    By that do you mean create a copy of it or do you mean actually place it in the "Nintendo" folder, and are there any risks/consequences I should be made aware of what would happen doing it?

    I believe so yes, though for the same DLC I don't know how I could check it on emuMMC what app might allow one to check if they have the DLC installed on emuMMC? Or not

    What I mean by that is while in emummc the game says it needs to download something. So I can't actually play the game while using emummc.

    Okay, I think I did that, it's just for whatever reason the cartridge version of the game isn't properly kept installed when it moved from sysmmc to emummc. So I guess I will try with a digital version and maybe that will work?

    What kind of a process would it be to keep a save file if you are moving from having the game being played on a cartridge you personally own to a pirated or legally obtained digital copy if you are doing it in the emummc? I updated emummc in Hekate and still got the missing data message so need...

    Oh I was going to just do the same thing as what I did with BD of do a local trade to get the pokemon I am after onto my legit console and then move the saves on the sysmmc that have been untouched by the emummc to the console that has no custom firmware.

    Since I have the physical cartridges and wanted to reuse my save files I guess it sounds like I should do something more like the later? I have the DLC for Shield but hadn't tried playing the save on that console, but only bought the DLC for Violet but feel buying the same DLC twice is dumb.

    Ah okay, thank you, in that case is there not really a way to get the DLC for Scarlet or Shield on the emuMMC without buying it on the sysMMC and making sure that the console has the DLC installed fully?

    Do you know if checking to update atmosphere, hekate and system firmware is the best approach for my issue as well? emummc seems to work fine but I'm trying to run Pokemon Scarlet, and Pokemon Shield using save files from the sysnand that I have the cartridge for and get the message.

    I'm unable to run Pokemon Scarlet or Shield using the actual cartridge with it stating Some necessary data could not be found.It will downloaded now How do I fix that and allow the game that I own be run on a switch that I own but have hacked.
