Thanks for your response. So are you saying that rather than blocking cards themselves, nintendo's efforts have been in trying to block different platforms of software that each flash cart would attempt to play?- uboatalpha

Hacking DS Flashcart on 3DS?
Hi everyone. I'm new to the community and I'm interested in getting a standard DS flash cart for my 3DS XL which is running 9.20. I tried doing a search for any threads on this topic, but I found nothing, so I'm wondering if anyone else has any experience in this? Thanks for your time!- uboatalpha
