    Emulation TemperPCE CD ROM "hmm..unable to load rom."

    I had the same issue and figured out the reason. You missed the "3ds" folder too. the syscards folder path must be [root of your sd card]/3ds/temperpce_3ds/syscards instead of [root of your sd card]/temperpce_3ds/syscards.
