    I found both eu and us versions that had dlc but neither had all of them, and even after combining i was still missing a few I have all the dlc except OP3SCENARIO00004 and OP3SCENARIO00006 (OP3COSTUME000000 and OP3COSTUME000001 as well but i don't really need them) can anyone who has them...

    well i only see one person saying it doesn't work on some vitas "apparently" with nothing to back that up. it worked perfectly for anyone i told to use the list.dat fix, who did it properly.

    who doesn't it work for? they probably aren''t doing it properly. I'm not sure if you actually need to do anything to the clock though, since i'm always using a 12 hour one i didn't have to change it.

    just go to settings > auto start settings > uncheck download update file for system software then it won't download it even with airplane mode off.

    Use ebay and buy used, i wouldn't pay more than $120 for the vita itself. make sure you get them to take a picture of the firmware to be sure its on 3.60 or below. and 8gb isn't really enough imo, get at least 16.

    if you want to play ps1 games so bad why not just play them on pc? no fiddling with custom firmwares required.
