    I tried with cios 249 rev 14 and it works: Waninkoko's WAD manager and Yawm are able to install a wad within the NAND emulated in the SD card. Any later cios revision does not work for me.

    DOP-IOS Mod had a similar issue wih cIOS rev 17 (see http://code.google.com/p/dop-iosmod/issues/detail?id=25). Maybe its the same problem: IOS not completely loaded when Wiimote tries to initialize.
