    unfortunately not. the best thing to do would have been to use a cartridge to update to 4.x and use the profile exploit, for the record. getting gateway wouldn't help anything, not sure about cn because i know it relies on the browser and you have a strange situation with that now.

    couldn't you just make a backup of your sysnand, downgrade, use funkycia then restore the backup

    sorry to bump this misleading thread, but it just gave me an idea i have a download code for a dsiware game that i've been unable to use for ages due to not being able to access the eshop on sysnand if i make a new emunand and keep it linked to sysnand, update it to 9.4 and download the game...

    does the launcher for this work on a gateway card that has been updated for the 3.0 launcher? edit: tried it and it shows the text ticket.db dump tool, etc. but has no indication that it's running. is it supposed to show more? i waited a few minutes and ended up just turning it off and no files...

    does the new save encryption include firmware 6.x, or does it start with 7.x? more specifically, if i have an animal crossing new leaf cartridge that was last played on sysnand 6.x, will i have to start a new file to play it in classic mode on emunand 9.4?
