WOW! After loosing count of how many times I swaped the SD card between the PC and the 2DS, I finally managed to get this working! First downgraded from 10.3, then followed this tutorial and bam! CIA installation working as a charm! THANKS A LOT!- toiel

Hacking Private Header Ban?
I think most bans are result of using modded rom versions, like Pokemon, where people can edit the saves and get things you shouldn't get in normal play...- toiel
