    That's because the actual game is DL and the downloaded one you're using has been compressed to fit on a single disc.

    I have five of them, all working perfectly. 1 x 400 GB partition for WBFS (holds about 180 games)*, 1 x 531 GB partition in NTFS for everything else. *Game size estimate is based on the average of the games that I own (2.2GB/game).

    Games would be their full size of 4.7GB on an NTFS partition, not their minimized size as they are on a WBFS partition... many people would require 2-5x the HDD space. ie: Say you have 50 games that take up 100GB of space on a WBFS partition, if you have those .iso files on an NTFS partition...

    I hacked a brand new Wii last night and ran into the same problem. Download WAD Manager and "IOS16-64-v257-prod.wad". Use WAD Manager to install the IOS, and then try again!

    If you're on Vista, you can go to the disk management console and shrink the NTFS partition, and then format it to be used for WBFS.

    I'm at work so I can't test it at the moment, but I have a Wii with cIOS rev 10 installed and the cIOS Corp packages installed. I am currently using MPlayer CE 0.4, and when I tried using 0.5, 0.6 and 0.61, the background loads but then the program appears to freeze and the menu does not load...
