    No installing any of them wads wont' update your Wii in anyway to 3.4 youre safe, A 3.4 consist of a upgrade to all your IOs's I don't know which IOS the MII channel needs But you can install all 3 IOS and be fine.

    IT will Just make some of the newest games out will work from the Disc Channel after using BrickBlocker, if you have a mod-chip, atleast thats why i installed them or it, i only installed the IOS38 to get the Animal Crossing Goomba version working on my Wii, Without having to run it through Geckos

    Yes find the Program Elf to Dol Converter and change your programs Elf file to Dol to get it working Or find a updated Version of the App your Using, and if all else fails just downgrade back to HBC8
