Hacking SWITCH NOOB PARADISE - Ask questions here

Well, I'm embarrassed. Apparently, Kosmosv12 was not the most recent one. I downloaded 13.0.2 and it works. Sigh. Lesson learned I guess. Thanks for your patience Draxzelex. I'm sure it's loads of fun dealing with idiots all day.

But I have the KosmosV12 pack. Believe me I've tried the obvious stuff. From a formatted sd card with Kosmos I'm getting Patching kernel Patching kips failed to apply 'nosigchk'! failed to load firmware. I'm at a loss at this stage.

https://github.com/CTCaer/hekate/releases and https://github.com/CTCaer/hekate Says its 5.0.1. I've tried both links. Do you recommend something else? I was using 4.2 before. I should also add I've tried injecting the payloads through my atmosphere dongle and also the PC TegraRCM program...

Hacking SWITCH NOOB PARADISE - Ask questions here

The thing is I have hekate 5.0.1 and atmosphere 0.9.2. Both are up to date and it gives me an error when I try and launch it. I get this: Patching Kernel Patching kips Failed to apply 'nosigchck'! Failed to launch firmware. This doesn't happen when I launch fusee-primary. This works...

Cheers for the help. I had both. But I found this bit of info on another thread. "You have to select "payloads" and then "fusee-primary.bin" Hekate can't boot 8.1.0 so you have to launch that" I just updated to 8.1.0 and I wasn't aware of this. When I selected fusee-primary instead it...

Okay I used ChoiDujour to update to 8.1.0. Problem now is when I try to load CFW it says "Failed to load sept". I have the latest version of atmosphere and my sept folder is where it's supposed to be on the sd card root. Any idea whats going on here?

Hacking SWITCH NOOB PARADISE - Ask questions here

I have a question and I'm hoping some of you pro knowledgeable people can help me because I'm a bit lost. I hacked my switch last year. I use an atmosphere payload injector to turn it on and load my custom firmware, I use tinfoil to install NSPs (I know this program has been replaced) and...

Gaming SSBB NTSC Trade in UK?

well if you care that much and are broke the easiest thing to do is this. Go rent it, switch ure NTSC version for the PAL version and return it. When you return it say that the disc doesnt work and make a point to tell the clerk that it says NTSC on it and that it why it wont work. They...

Gaming Metroid Prime 1 PAL no picture

There are. If you got a release GC in PAL regions, it had 480p. However a few months after release they cut it to save production costs because...lets face it...most people who bought a cube didnt know or didnt care about progressive scan being that this was about 5 years ago. But release...

Gaming Metroid Prime 1 PAL no picture

no, thats not true. as I've said there are 3 options on PAL wii's. 576i 480i 480p EDTV. Thats exactly the way they appear in the menu screen and they all work.480p for 60hz and 576p for 50 hz. Its not that complicated.

Gaming Metroid Prime 1 PAL no picture

na its the same. the GC and wii both have 576i options over here. If you have a halfway decent tv you can enable it via the tv hardware giving u 576 lines with progressive scan. You are restricted to 60 HZ tho which is a shame. Some games like zelda and the like the extra speed doesnt matter...

Pal actually displays in 576p, which is a higher resolution and better than 480. Most television which arent 5 years old have inbuilt progressive modes to enable this. The trade off is the 50-60 hz.
