Gaming Out of region games.
Hello everyone. I have an EU 3ds firmware 9.5.0 23E and I have homebrew on in. One feature on homebrew is that you can play out of region gamnes , so i tried in on my special ed* Fire emblem fates, and it didnt work. My screen goes to black and stays like that. Title says it all. Watched these forums for like 6 months and wanted to join so here i am.
