you could also turn the frame rate mhz down to 30 if its 60 even 25 if it will work for you .

not quite , you need to have overclocking enabled for it to actually be able to overclock , and also do not use sys-clk use horizon oc .
tico does not come with dolphin enabled and it can only parse an overclock if you have the modules ready for...
yeah mine is fat 32 and ftp does it fine its not like that , it uses file transfer protocol over internet and it works that way ... i have never had a single issue and i transfer over 4gb all the time with DBI.
