not quite , you need to have overclocking enabled for it to actually be able to overclock , and also do not use sys-clk use horizon oc .
tico does not come with dolphin enabled and it can only parse an overclock if you have the modules ready for...
yeah mine is fat 32 and ftp does it fine its not like that , it uses file transfer protocol over internet and it works that way ... i have never had a single issue and i transfer over 4gb all the time with DBI.

I played here comes the pain and it definitely has that slow down that you're talking about but when I enabled lossless it didn't just freeze on a single frame I think something is wrong with your lossless dll
i dont know if its possible to fix but i have a hard time understanding why wwe DOR2 runs slower than on tico , by all means its good but its abot 10 fps slower at around 50
