    Dont have another computer. I've confirmed they are both on the same Wifi network. Unsafe Homebrew is on.

    thats what i did. Get right up to the Prep Work section of Downgrading Firmware (3.60) auto Again, the problem is i cant connect the FTP to the Vita

    Yea thats how i have the ip address input above. I've followed every step to the instructions to the letter. I've reset my vita to make sure I did and it's frustrating me feeling like even when i have my hand held through this, i still cant seem to do it
