    So, I fixed it. For anybody who wants to know how: The solder on the SP1 and SP2 capacitor were not well. I soldered it stupid and accidently fucked it a little bit up. When i measured it, I got somehow 0.020 (diode mode) on both. I heard 0.014 was perfect, but I don't know if 0.020 is also...

    It isn't a LED pattern on that list. At the end, it doesn't blink blue three times, it blinks more than three times.
