    Perfect, I'll try checking the integrity when I get home. I have a feeling the problem might be my laptop which is old and runs badly.

    Reoccurring issue where PKG games download fully with PKG Linker but fail at 14 percent of installation with a signing fail error. If I reacquire the PKG and try again it sometimes fixes but it is frustrating to keep re-downloading and transferring files.

    I know this is like 8 months late but I just had a similar issue and what worked for me was the following: 1. Unplug PS3 and remove the hard drive 2. Plug in and turn on PS3 on without hard drive 3. You will get a black screen or error message. Ignore this and put hard drive back in WHILE PS3...
