    Only problem with that theory is that I'm using dlc_emu just fine with other games. At this point I'm thinking it either has something to do with the ampr_emu.index file, or the EUR version with DLC is a bad dump that's been shared in multiple places.

    I don't think that's the issue. All my accounts are fake-signed and I'm using dlc_emu scucessfully with other games. The problem is just that the game won't start no matter what I do.
