    I dont know how to explain this but why the virtual console? You can use the New Super Ultimate Injector to install as a different cia its almost the same but with this you can have multiple games

    If you are in the last update use rosalina in miscelaneous options you can install homebrew launcher in almost any app

    Maybe use PKSM? I think it had something to detect roms using twillight++ From there you just need a gen 7 or 6 game to transfer them With pokebank Edit: I had to read again lol PKSM has a pkbank included that might help you with what you need

    Since you can load your games that means you are using an emunand i cant explain it but you just need to enable emunand at the Luma menu
