    Gaming best pokemon game

    Soul silver is the best on the DS. The best all around pokemon game was Crystal. I did start with the originals red/blue/yellow. But I had way more fun with G/S/C.

    You need a Pokemon with max happiness I believe or she wont give it to you. Make sure your lead Pokemon has max happiness?

    You have to go to the underground path in goldenrod and talk to someone down there. They will give you a rocket outfit.
