    Taking it apart to check it out now, after this I should be able to properly use Luma, GM9 ect.?

    I have an new 3ds xl that may have had cfw installed in the past. I turn it on and the blue light flashes on then turns off. I looked through other posts telling me to reinstall luma and gm9. Nothing seems to work. I cannot seem to do anything.
