    I wrote a patch into Menu 0.12 Beta, with a new checkbox that patches main.npdm during nro forwarder creation, so even with the flags are gone those nro's such as the fuse one you linked work.     Doesn't DBI use some source that is open. It includes licence files hidden away in a Licence folder (but not viewable for normal users).     It's on the program menu bar, "Help", then "Online Information". This has been in use for a long time now, and has provided links and help. Most people probably overlook that button.

    Forwarders can be created for use in ANY firmware with a modded hacbrewpack, there's no need to mess about with system-tools binaries. Here's for Tinwoo/DBI/Tinfoil made to work for ALL firmwares.

    It's not a good idea, in hackbrewpack you can totally remove the debug section in the json files. When you rebuild the nro forwarders with the modified hackbrewpack they will work on any firmware. At some point forwarder will need to be remade, it's better just to do it now and be done with it.
