    Hardware Retroarch 3DS PCSX Stuck on Black Screen When Loading Games (New Nintendo 2DS XL)

    I don't know if it just takes a ridiculously long time to load or what not, but I've waited upwards of 10 minutes for the game to load and it's always stuck on a black screen.
