    You can get WiiWare like any other roms on the internet. Just search for them on Google. For exemple 'Mega Man 9 Rom' or Mega Man 9 Wad' You should be able to find what you want. You can download Dolphin, a Gamecube and Wii emulator to test the wads on your PC before installing them on your Wii...
