probably is the same as with the PS4. You can change account name, but only before to activate it.

I hope PS5 Pro gets more love, i am playing requiem as we speak, game runs very well on internal, but i don't have any graphic toggles to choose from (Ray tracing / 120HZ mode) The same goes for many other games, end up playing base games on a pro
