    So I got the keys and used this tutorial to decrypt some XCIs and it seems to work. This is what the command window says: :: Decrypting .xci's NCA files and finding the biggest NCA... :: Decrypting Biggest .NCA's romfs to romfs.bin and all exefs files to /exefs... This may take a while... ...
